1.         Vice Chairman, Numbari Arun, opened the meeting at 1215 hours, welcoming the above members and thanked them for attending the meeting despite their busy schedule.   

2.         After much discussion regarding our Party Format, the following has been decided and I hope all our members will accept.  This year the party will be in the form of buffet; in brief:

            a.         Venue:           Oak Farm, Farnborough

            b.         Date:               Saturday 07 May 2011

            c.         Time:              1100 – 2000 hrs

3.         Administration instruction to follow; Area Representatives are requested to consolidate the attendance figure of the members from their respective area and sent to following;

4.         Numbari Surya, Treasurer, explained the fund figures which will be displayed in our Web Site for information of all our members.

5.         AOB.  For future Numbari Party, venue to be changed to different location, proposal put forward by Vice Chairman, Numbari Arun (To be decided in our next General Meeting).

6.         Photograph.  It was decided that all numbaries photo will be taken during our gathering for record and in order to upload in our website.  Numbaries detailed for photography are            requested to action this. Numbari Pratap (6620) and Krishna (6490) are requested to be the photographer.

7.         Date for next meeting.  To be notified in due course but will be immediately after our gathering.

8.         The meeting was adjourned at 1540 hours.
